What personal information we collect when you visit this website or book a call with us, how we use and share it, and the rights you have.

What does this policy cover?

This website and the calls you book through it. BASE360.AI LTD is responsible for your personal information; how to reach us is at the end of this policy. Information you put into the Base360 product is handled under your customer agreement with us, not under this policy. If you are a customer, we keep a current list of the sub-processors we use for that information and send it on request — email legal@base360.ai.

What information do we collect?

What you give us. Your name, email address, company and anything you write when you book a call, email us or talk to us.
What your browser sends. Technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type and the pages you view, which we need to deliver the site and keep it secure.
What others send us. When you book a call, our scheduling provider passes your booking and the details you entered to us.

You don't have to give us anything to browse this site. Without your name and email address, we can't arrange a call with you.

How do we use your information?

To run this website, fix problems with it and keep it secure.
To arrange and hold the calls you book, and to answer your questions.
To follow up with you about Base360. You can ask us to stop at any time.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents, and to protect our rights.
To meet our legal obligations.

What are our legal bases?

Under the UK GDPR and the GDPR we rely on:

Steps before a contract: Arranging and holding the calls you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Legitimate interests: Answering enquiries, running and securing our website, following up with businesses interested in Base360, and protecting our rights (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time.
Legal obligations: Keeping the records the law requires and responding to lawful requests (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Consent: Where we ask for it, for example before a feature from another company loads (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.

How do we share information?

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers who host this website, schedule calls and handle email for us. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where needed.
Authorities and others, as described under legal requests below.
A buyer or successor, if our business is reorganised, merged or sold.

How do we transfer information?

Some of our service providers are based outside the UK and the European Economic Area. When your information goes there, we rely on the safeguards the law provides, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Email us for details.

How long do we keep your information?

Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example while we are in touch about Base360, and longer only where the law requires it or to establish or defend legal claims. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.

How can you exercise your rights?

See the personal information we hold about you, and get a copy.
Have it corrected, deleted or its use restricted.
Take it with you in a common format.
Object at any time to our use of it based on legitimate interests, including follow-up emails.
Withdraw a consent you gave, without affecting what happened before.

Email us to use any of these rights. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, and we reply within the time the law sets. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or, in the EU, to the data protection authority where you live. We don't make decisions about you based only on automated processing.

How do we respond to legal requests and prevent harm?

We may keep, use and share your information with regulators, courts, law enforcement or others when the law requires it, or when we reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent fraud, abuse or security incidents, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Base360, our customers or others.

How will you know this policy has changed?

We may update this policy. We'll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.

Calendly: Our scheduling provider sets its own cookies once you open the booking calendar. Its privacy notice explains them.

Delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. This also resets your preferences.
Leave the booking calendar closed, or open it in a new tab. You can also email us instead.

Terms of Use

The rules for using this website. By using it, you agree to them. Using the Base360 product is covered by the agreement you sign with us when you become a customer.

What this website is

This site describes Base360 in general terms. It is not an offer, and features and availability can change. What you get is set out in your agreement with us. The product screens use demo data, and nothing on this site is professional, legal or financial advice.

What you can and can't do

You may browse the site, link to it and share its pages. You may not:

copy, scrape or collect content or data from it by automated means without our written permission;
try to break, overload or get around its security;
use it to break the law, infringe anyone's rights or mislead anyone about who you are;
use our content or product screens to build or promote a competing product.

Our content and brand

The text, design, product screens, the Base360 name and logo belong to BASE360.AI LTD or its licensors. Except as allowed above, don't copy, change or reuse them without our written permission. Airbnb, Booking.com and the other channel names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to show which services Base360 connects to.

Feedback and ideas

If you send us feedback or ideas about Base360, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Links to other websites

We link to other sites for your convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they publish.

Changes, suspension and availability

We may change, suspend or stop this website, or restrict access to it, at any time, and we may restrict your access if you break these terms. We may also update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top, and if you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new version.

Limits on liability

We provide this website as it is and don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or complete. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including indirect loss or lost profits.
